Role Summary

The Facilities Manager ensures that workplace environments meet employee needs while aligning with corporate strategies. This role oversees soft services, space optimization, construction/remodeling projects, and maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security standards. The position plays a key role in supporting the organization's core business through strategic planning and efficient facilities management.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or workplace services
    .
  • Proven experience in managing contractors and third-party vendors.
  • Familiarity with access
    control systems and security protocols
    .

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage facilities projects, including contractor supervision and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate real estate strategies, space optimization policies, and health and safety regulations (OSHA).
  • Oversee essential services such as security, maintenance, cleaning, cafeteria, and waste disposal.
  • Coordinate equipment and structural repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Plan and optimize space allocation for new buildings or reorganize existing premises.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and security protocols.
  • Manage access control systems
    (SiPass)
    and ensure proper security measures.
  • Monitor and verify that work performed by staff or contractors meets quality standards.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and operational issues, minimizing disruption to core activities.
