Guidewire QA Automation Engineer (Inglés avanzado) – Remoto

Resumen
Estamos buscando un QA Automation Engineer con al menos 5 años de experiencia en aseguramiento de la calidad, especializado en productos P&C (Property & Casualty) y con experiencia práctica en Guidewire. El candidato ideal hablará inglés avanzado, trabajará de forma remota y colaborará estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo y producto para garantizar la calidad en entornos Guidewire Cloud (Policy y Billing) y herramientas de tarificación como Earnix.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar, implementar y mantener pruebas automatizadas para APIs, UI y flujos de negocio relacionados con Guidewire y procesos de P&C.
  • Realizar validaciones de API y validaciones de UI, asegurando cobertura y trazabilidad de pruebas.
  • Ejecutar pruebas sobre Guidewire Cloud Policy y Billing; colaborar con equipos de implementación y migración.
  • Evaluar, integrar y/o realizar cross-training en herramientas de tarificación como Earnix u otras herramientas de tarificación cuando sea necesario.
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, negocio y QA para definir criterios de aceptación, planes de prueba y métricas de calidad.
  • Gestionar y priorizar defectos, mantener documentación de pruebas y reportes de estado.
  • Si no se cuenta con certificación Guidewire, pero se tiene experiencia sólida en Guidewire y P&C, evaluar la posibilidad de certificación rápida tras la incorporación.

Requisitos mínimos:

  • Ingles avanzado - INDISPENSABLE
  • 5+ años de experiencia en QA (QA Automation preferente).
  • Experiencia comprobable en P&C (Personal Lines) en entornos Guidewire.
  • Certificación mínima requerida: Guidewire Associate Certification. (ACE es deseable, pero no obligatorio).
  • Experiencia práctica con Guidewire Cloud Policy y Billing.
  • Conocimiento o formación previa en Earnix u otras herramientas de tarificación (deseable).
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma remota y gestionar su propio entorno de pruebas.

Requisitos deseables (opcionales)

  • Certificaciones adicionales en Guidewire (ACE) o cursos relacionados.
  • Experiencia con pruebas de rendimiento o seguridad en entornos QA.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de automatización de pruebas (por ejemplo, Selenium, REST-assured, etc.) y marcos de CI/CD.

Ofrecemos:

  • Sueldo entre $50,000 a $56,000 libres mensuales.
  • Pago nominal y quincenal.
