Objetivo del Puesto
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los lineamientos de calidad en áreas de preproducción y ensamble, garantizando la conformidad de producción y la preparación para auditorías de procesos y sistemas. Monitorear indicadores clave, liderar acciones preventivas y correctivas, y gestionar reclamaciones relacionadas con procesos productivos.

Responsabilidades Clave

  • Supervisar la conformidad de producto y proceso, escalando desviaciones según especificaciones internas.
  • Apoyar en la capacitación del personal para asegurar las competencias requeridas.
  • Realizar análisis de riesgos (FMEA) e implementar medidas preventivas.
  • Mantener y actualizar planes de aseguramiento de calidad (Control Plan, FMEA, Parts History List).
  • Identificar desviaciones y liderar planes de mejora.
  • Transferir contenido del Control Plan a herramientas específicas y asegurar su correcta aplicación.
  • Evaluar indicadores de calidad y proponer optimizaciones en procesos y productos.
  • Preparar áreas para auditorías internas y externas, gestionando acciones correctivas.
  • Ejecutar auditorías de producto y pruebas de re-calificación.
  • Coordinar actividades de retrabajo, sorting y validación de cambios en producción.

Position Objective
Ensure compliance with quality guidelines in pre-production and assembly areas, guaranteeing Conformity of Production (COP) and readiness for process and system audits. Monitor key performance indicators, lead preventive and corrective actions, and manage process-related customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor product and process compliance, escalating deviations as needed.
  • Support staff training to ensure required qualifications.
  • Perform risk analysis (FMEA) and implement preventive measures.
  • Maintain and update quality assurance plans (Control Plan, FMEA, Parts History List).
  • Identify deviations and lead quality improvement plans.
  • Transfer Control Plan content into plant-specific tools and ensure correct application.
  • Evaluate quality KPIs and propose process/product optimizations.
  • Prepare departments for internal and external audits and manage corrective actions.
  • Execute product audits and requalification tests.
  • Coordinate rework, sorting, and validate production changes.

Your Qualifications
Perfil Ideal

  • Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería o campo relacionado.
  • De 2 a 3 años de experiencia en calidad y procesos de producción.
  • Conocimiento en FMEA, Control Plan, auditorías de proceso y herramientas estadísticas.
  • Inglés.
  • Proactividad, habilidad para análisis de datos, solución de problemas y trabajo en equipo.

Ideal Profile
