Requisitos

  • Habilidades comerciales y orientación a resultados.
  • Capacidad para negociar y generar relaciones de largo plazo.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas digitales y redes profesionales (LinkedIn, ATS).
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y organización.

Responsabilidades

  • Gestionar procesos completos de reclutamiento (búsqueda, entrevistas, evaluación y cierre).
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones comerciales con clientes actuales y potenciales.
  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio y generar propuestas de valor.
  • Cumplir objetivos de colocación y metas comerciales.
  • Asesorar a clientes en estrategias de atracción de talento y tendencias del mercado.
  • Colaborar con el equipo para garantizar una experiencia excepcional tanto para candidatos como para clientes.
