Description

The Insurance Intern is responsible for supporting the insurance team with technical, commercial processes, pricing analysis, and insurance performance that allow promoting the sale of value-added products and all Insurance products (Auto, Life & ILOE, GAP and Extended Warranty), to provide competitive pricing/offers to customers who finance or lease GM vehicles through the GM Dealer Network

Responsibilities

  • Support Benchmark, campaigns, quotations, follow up agreements and KPI's that allows knowing the competitiveness of GMF Insurance in the market for all the insurance products.

  • Support the team in the creation, definition, and implementation strategies of Postcredit and Cash program.

  • Support the team in the creation, follow up and generation of insurance reports.

  • Support the creation of promotional and communication material for Insurance products.

  • Support conciliation processes for the insurance products.

  • Support the creation of commercial materials and newsletters about the insurance products.

  • Active participation in special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Actuarial or related is required. 

  • Availability to work 35 hours per week, on a schedule from Monday to Friday with a hybrid scheme (3 days office,  2 days h.o.).

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English preferred.

  • Teamwork and collaborative attitude.

  • Hability to multitaks.

  • Data Analysis and constant follow-up skills. 

  • Detail Oriented. 

  • Highly responsible and proactive attitude. 

  • Customer focused approach.

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
