About The Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive, and highly organized Deployment Program Manager to oversee Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, supplier interactions, and global logistics activities. This role is critical to ensuring seamless hardware deployment, accurate order fulfillment, and exceptional internal customer support. The ideal candidate excels in cross‑functional coordination, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and demonstrates strong ownership of processes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Orders & Purchase Orders

  • Generate Sales Orders based on the approved Allocation Plan and maintain accurate updates using internal tools.
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for hardware and test equipment; track and follow up on approvals with Suppliers/ODMs.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on expense reports, ensuring supplier invoices are accurately submitted through the designated portal.

Supplier Coordination & Financial Controls

  • Ensure Goods Receipt (GR) and Debit Note (DN) processes are completed in SAP and download required financial and operational reports.
  • Communicate with Accounts Payable (GSPO) regarding goods received for manual POs to ensure timely payment processing.
  • Receive hardware cost updates from Suppliers/ODMs and ensure accurate reflection in internal systems and reporting tools.

Logistics & Shipment Management

  • Provide suppliers with shipping instructions aligned with shipment priorities and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate global logistics from suppliers to end‑users, including customs clearance and freight monitoring.
  • Track and analyze shipment progress against planned timelines to ensure on‑time delivery.
  • Execute customer solutions for PO, shipment, and logistics issues as directed by the PM Lead.

Hardware Deployment & Inventory Tracking

  • Manage hardware replacement or rework requests, including spare parts coordination with customers.
  • Upload hardware serial numbers into DSD files (IP Track) and maintain Master Tracking files aligned with Demand IDs for each shipment.
  • Create and track tickets for hardware redeployment activities.
  • Update SKU costs in the Allocation Master File based on PEM/Operations-approved cost inputs.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Attend Department PM Sync meetings and Customer Support Forums (CSF) to align on priorities and communicate updates.
  • Provide weekly shipment updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Document and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and cycle time.
  • Create Part Numbers (PNs) in IP Track through the Model Record Request workflow.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in:

  • SAP and procurement/order management systems.
  • Purchase Order (PO) processes, supplier coordination, and cross‑functional workflow management.
  • Logistics operations, including global shipping requirements, freight coordination, and customs clearance procedures.
  • Expense reporting, invoice tracking, and vendor financial documentation.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Mexico

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing and workflow management systems.
  • Experience in hardware or technology supply chain coordination.
