Revit Drafter / BIM Technician (Remote – Latin America)Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $6.00 – $7.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Location: Remote (Candidates must reside in Latin America)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Revit Drafter / BIM Technician to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. This position is 100% remote and is open to qualified candidates located in Latin America who can work North American business hours.In this role, you will play a key part in the design and documentation process by transforming conceptual ideas and technical requirements into high-quality construction drawings and intelligent 3D models.Key Responsibilities

  • Modeling and Documentation: Develop accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using Autodesk Revit based on provided sketches, specifications, and design standards.
  • Technical Drafting: Prepare comprehensive floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules within the Revit environment.
  • Technical Translation: Convert conceptual designs and redlines into precise technical drawings with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Quality Control: Review drawings thoroughly to identify discrepancies, errors, and coordination issues before delivery.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with architects and engineers to revise and update drawings based on project feedback.
  • File Management: Maintain organized digital files and documentation for all design iterations and final project deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Professional Experience: Proven experience as a Revit Drafter, BIM Technician, or in a similar technical role.
  • English Communication: Must have excellent English speaking and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with a US-based team in real-time.
  • Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Revit for architectural drafting and modeling is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Measurement Systems: Strong experience working with the English (Imperial) measurement system (feet and inches) is preferred.
  • Availability: Must be available to work 35–40 hours per week during fixed EST business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
  • Technical Setup: Must possess a stable, high-speed internet connection and a computer capable of running Revit efficiently.
