Production Manager, it's a key role in overseeing and managing the production processes within a manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective production, meeting quality standards, and optimizing the use of resources. The Production Manager will collaborate with different departments to achieve production goals, implement process improvements, and maintain a safe working environment.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for planning and optimizing the company's resources.
  • Responsible for identifying improvement opportunities (waste) for implementation and execution of continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for managing human resources to achieve the goals defined by the company.
  • Responsible for supervising the execution and compliance of the quality management system.
  • Responsible for creating and controlling the budget for the short, medium, and long term of the company's business unit.
  • Responsible for creating reports that help understand the behavior that must be addressed in the assigned business unit in the company.
  • Responsible for coordinating resources to execute manufacturing engineering changes in the company's business unit.
  • Responsible for supervising the timely execution of production line transfers in the assigned business unit of the company.
  • Responsible for supervising compliance with activities assigned to subordinates.
  • Responsible for supervising compliance and execution of the company's security procedures by subordinates.
  • and other activities that the immediate boss assigns.
