AI-First Product Engineering — Reinvented

Your Role

As an AI Product Owner / Project Manager, you will orchestrate AI-native product development initiatives across multiple workstreams. You'll bring product vision to life, balancing business value, user needs, AI capability, and delivery health. You will lead with evidence, foster alignment across diverse stakeholders, and ensure that AI-driven methodology practices scale consistently across teams and clients.

AI Delivery

• Plan and track using AI for estimates, risk, and capacity
• Automate reporting and backlog operations
• Ensure quality with AI-powered testing and standards
• Maintain cadence, traceability, and file governance

Client Success

• Manage clients and expectations with predictive insights
• Track value and ROI
• Lead cross-team delivery and scope alignment
• Drive adoption through AI-supported change management

Team & Process

• Coach teams with AI insights
• Improve workflows and documentation
• Facilitate workshops and retros
• Innovate through tools, automation, and metrics

Who You Are

• 4-8 years of experience in software project management or consulting
• Deep understanding of Agile practices, backlog management, and continuous delivery at scale
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team programs
• Comfortable interpreting AI-generated content (architecture, code, prompts)
• Experience with AI tools in project management workflows
• Tool familiarity: Jira, Notion, MS Project, GitHub, Confluence, Tableau, Zapier, and AI-powered PM tools
• Knowledge of AI-drive methodology ecosystem (UX-as-Code, living documentation, prompt libraries)
• Stakeholder management, business analysis, risk and financial management skills
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional coordination
• Strong soft skills: strategic thinking, adaptability, emotional intelligence
• Fluent in English
• Soft Skills: Strong communication
