Job Description
In your new role, you will:
- Track, analyze, and report freight forwarder cost and performance.
- Manage payments to forwarders/carriers;
- Verify the accuracy of freight invoices and dispute discrepancies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to solve discrepancies.
- Code freight invoices to ensure correct allocation to cost centers.
- Run inquiry and ad-hoc reports as requested.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting similar field of study.
- At least 1 year of experience in Logistics, Finance, or Warehouse Cost analysis, preferably in a Shared Services Center.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and SAP is preferred.
- An analytical mindset and the ability to pay attention to details.
- Reporting Tools Experience, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Fluency in English – knowledge of German is an advantage.
