Learning and Development Specialist

The Learning & Development Specialist will develop, implement, and conduct learning and development programs for employees.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assesses learning and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and client representatives
- Creates, organizes, plans, and presents various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees and clients
- Develops unique training programs to fulfill employees' specific needs to maintain or improve job skills
- Creates or acquires and maintains training procedure manuals, guides, course materials, and job aids
- Presents learning and development programs using various forms and formats, including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos
- Maintains records of learning and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
- Assesses training materials prepared by Subject Matter Experts or other instructors
- Evaluates program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback
- Maintains knowledge of the latest trends in learning and development
- Performs other related duties as required
- Ability to travel as needed by clients and projects
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of cultural, leadership, and learning styles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
- Ability to design and implement effective learning and development programs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software programs
- Basic knowledge of timeshare operations, collections techniques and negotiation skills, and Adult Learning principles
- Training certification through Mexican Department of Labor, as needed
- Monthly Salary 20,000 MXN
