About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate IBP/PPDS Trainer/Consultant fluent in Spanish to lead onsite training initiatives that support the successful implementation and adoption of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Bristlecone team, understanding client needs and effectively communicating them internally.
  • Facilitate onsite training sessions and workshops to enable cross-functional alignment and capability building across supply chain, finance, and commercial teams.
  • Focus on training, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge transfer, rather than directly implementing IBP/PPDS solutions.
  • Deliver structured IBP training programs in Spanish/English to diverse business units.
  • Customize training content to reflect local business practices and cultural nuances.
  • Facilitate workshops on IBP principles, tools (e.g., SAP IBP), and change management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and design learning paths.
  • Provide post-training support, coaching, and feedback sessions.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness and materials.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • 3+ years of experience in IBP training or supply chain planning roles.
  • Strong knowledge of IBP processes, S&OP, and planning tools (preferably SAP IBP).
  • Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite across regional locations.

  • Certification in Supply Chain Management, SAP IBP, or Corporate Training.
  • Experience working in multinational or bilingual environments.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms and analytics tools.
