global P2P processes
and lead
Mexico-based sourcing & contract manufacturing
, partnering closely with Finance, IT, Legal, and Operations across borders.

What you'll do

  • Design, optimize, and govern global
    P2P workflows
    (requisition → invoice)
  • Lead supply chain systems rollout & adoption (
    NetSuite ERP, Arena PLM
    )
  • Build compliance, audit controls, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Develop Mexico supplier strategy, landed-cost models, and risk mitigation plans
  • Act as the cross-functional connector across Procurement, AP, IT, Legal, and Manufacturing

Non-Negotiables

  • Hands-on NetSuite ERP (or similar) leadership
    in supply chain / procurement contexts
  • Deep Procure-to-Pay (P2P) experience
    , including controls, compliance, and optimization

Ideal background

  • 15+ years in global supply chain, procurement operations, or systems transformation
  • Familiarity with cross-border sourcing, contract manufacturing, and Mexico-specific supply chain dynamics
  • Strong analytical and data skills; able to derive process insights from transaction history and system data
  • Track record of developing SOPs, training programs, and stakeholder enablement materials
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; excellent communication and process documentation skills
  • Based in Mexico -
    able to travel regularly throughout Mexico
    ; prior experience with US-based teams preferred
