Role Description
Senior Platform & Integration Lead
(Technical Owner / Decision Maker)
Acts as the single technical authority for production infrastructure, deployments, payments, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Own DigitalOcean infrastructure & Cloudflare configuration
Gatekeep production deployments from Replit
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Oversee payment processing APIs and transaction integrity
Review and approve API changes and integrations
Mentor and task the two mid-level engineers
Maintain documentation and operational standards
Qualifications
Required Experience
8–12+ years engineering experience
Strong DigitalOcean + production experience
Real payment processing API experience
Comfortable inheriting existing systems
Calm, decisive, and security-minded
