Estamos en búsqueda de un Especialista en Plataformas Cloud que lidere el diseño, implementación y administración de soluciones de Contact Center en la nube (Inbound, Outbound y Canales Digitales). La persona que se incorpore tendrá como misión asegurar la continuidad operativa, la eficiencia de los procesos y el máximo rendimiento de nuestras plataformas cloud.

Responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar los recursos de ACD en Cloud.
  • Diseñar e implementar soluciones de servicios de In/Out/Canales digitales.
  • Proponer e implementar mejoras innovadoras en los controles de recursos Cloud.
  • Realizar integraciones con herramientas tecnológicas internas.
  • Garantizar los niveles de servicio de plataformas y canales de comunicación.
  • Actualizar procesos que mejoren la operación en servicios Cloud.
  • Brindar soporte y atención a usuarios de la operación.
  • Mantener inventarios de licencias, recursos físicos y lógicos de soluciones cloud y carriers.

Requisitos:

  • Educación: Licenciatura en Ciencia de Datos, Sistemas, Matemáticas Aplicadas o Ingeniería .
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años en puestos similares, preferente con gestión de ACD, canales digitales y cloud.
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio .
  • Conocimientos técnicos:
  • Gestión de ACD Inbound/Outbound, canales digitales cloud.
  • Programación de flujos: Architech, Interflux, Flow o similares.
  • AWS, Azure, ACD Cloud, Carriers Cloud.
  • Administración de SBC, BYOC, Asterisk, Ubuntu, Red.

Sueldo: $30, $60,000.00 al mes

Escolaridad:

  • Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)

Experiencia:

  • Puestos similares, con gestión de callcenter: 4 años (Obligatorio)
  • Programación de flujos: Architech, Interflux, Flow , etc: 4 años (Obligatorio)
  • AWS, Azure, ACD Cloud, Carriers Cloud: 4 años (Obligatorio)
  • Administración de SBC, BYOC, Asterisk, Ubuntu o Red: 4 años (Obligatorio)
