We are looking for a Power BI Developer with solid experience in data analysis and visualization, who will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions, supporting decision-making through clear, intuitive, and high-impact reports.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI
  • Model and optimize data (relational models and star schema)
  • Create queries and calculations using SQL and DAX
  • Ensure the quality, accuracy, and performance of reporting solutions
  • Document models, processes, and solutions for both technical and business audiences
  • Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams and key stakeholders
  • Stay up to date with new Power BI features and Microsoft technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience developing Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and DAX (Snowflake is a plus)
  • Experience with semantic models, security, and dimensional structures
  • Proficiency with Git and management tools such as Azure DevOps or TFS
  • Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Office 365)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working under both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and stakeholder management experience
  • Proactive, self-driven, and detail-oriented profile, with a strong focus on best practices, quality standards, and digital/reporting solution frameworks
  • Must be available to work in EST or CST time zones
  • Advanced English proficiency
