Requirements
Desired Profile

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in technology or software development projects.
  • Proven experience leading complex software development initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced proficiency with project management tools.
  • Advanced English (C1 or higher) - mandatory, for communication with international clients.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or international projects.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Clear, executive-level communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Negotiation skills to manage scope changes and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead end-to-end software development and digital product projects, from initiation to delivery.
  • Define project scope, timelines, roadmaps, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations, quality standards, timelines, and budget.
  • Manage scope changes, priorities, and client expectations strategically.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs, project health, risks, and performance metrics.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present executive-level project status reports.
  • Facilitate decision-making aligned with business and delivery objectives.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (development, QA, design, data, product).
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies when applicable (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
  • Identify, escalate, and remove blockers impacting project delivery.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Methodologies & Tools

  • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid approaches based on project needs.
  • Use project management tools such as Linear, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, and Confluence.
  • Ensure consistent use of project management best practices and delivery standards.
  • Contribute to process improvement and standardization within the PMO.

Risk Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify technical, operational, and business risks and define mitigation plans.
  • Analyze project outcomes to propose improvements in execution and processes.
  • Lead effective retrospectives focused on learning and optimization.
  • Promote quality, excellence, and continuous improvement across deliveries.
