Lo que harás:

  • Diseñar y desarrollar sistemas empresariales en mercados clave como USA, Canadá, México, Chile y Centroamérica.
  • Colaborar con equipos de ingeniería globales, contribuyendo con código en
    Java
    , servicios en la nube y bases de datos
    SQL & NoSQL
    .
  • Liderar prácticas de desarrollo seguro, revisiones de código y estándares de calidad.
  • Trabajar con
    React
    , aplicaciones móviles híbridas y arquitecturas nativas en la nube.
  • Impulsar la deuda técnica, modernización y mejores prácticas de
    DevOps
    con enfoque en CI/CD.
  • Guiar equipos ágiles, participar en contratación y mentoría para formar equipos de alto desempeño.

Lo que necesitas:

  • 10+ años de experiencia
    en desarrollo de aplicaciones distribuidas y altamente escalables (SaaS, multi-tenant).
  • Experiencia en
    sistemas de Punto de Venta (POS)
    .
  • Dominio en
    Java/J2EE, Microservicios, Arquitecturas Cloud Native y React
    .
  • Conocimiento en
    Azure o Google Cloud Platform
    .
  • Fuertes fundamentos en
    estructuras de datos, algoritmos y patrones de diseño
    .
  • Mentalidad ágil (
    Scrum
    ) y capacidad para liderar sin autoridad formal.
  • Comunicación excepcional y habilidades de influencia.
