We're looking for a creative and strategic
Influencer Marketing Manager
to lead our creator partnerships and digital campaigns across LATAM. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes content, understands what makes videos go viral, and knows how to turn collaborations into real impact.

What you'll do:

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns with top creators across multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Manage and grow relationships with influencers, creators, and partners
• Coordinate webinars, live sessions, and digital events that engage our audience and drive conversions
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-performing landing pages and promotional materials
• Analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report on key results

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or content partnerships
• Deep understanding of content trends and what makes people share, click, and engage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Data-driven mindset with creative intuition
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment
