Acerca del equipo 

El propósito principal de Embajador de Marca es ser responsable de ser el primer enlace entre la empresa y los clientes, entregando productos directamente y garantizando una experiencia excepcional en cada interacción. Así como establecer relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los clientes, asegurando su satisfacción y confianza en la marca.

Las funciones principales de nuestro Embajador de Marca son:

  • Serás la persona más cercana a nuestros clientes, siendo el primer contacto con ellos
  • Capacitar a cada uno de los clientes a los que entregues una tarjeta y concluir la activación de la misma
  • Asegurar que todos nuestros clientes confíen en nosotros y se sienten seguros.
  • Conseguir nuevos clientes a través de una prospección, venta en frío o cambaceo
  • Desarrollo de trabajo 100% en campo

Embajador de Marca deberá cumplir con los siguientes requisitos: 

  • Capacidad para gestionar eficientemente el tiempo y priorizar tareas de manera efectiva.
  • Excelente presentación
  • Conocimiento de la zona en CDMX
  • Bachillerato concluido (Indispensable)
  • Paciencia y pasión por enseñar a otros
  • Persona dinámica con buenas habilidades de comunicación
  • Experiencia en procesos de servicio al cliente cara a cara (Recomendable)
  • Experiencia en CAMPO INDISPENSABLE (prospección de clientes, ventas, atc, etc.)
  • Contar con transporte propio MOTO o AUTO (INDISPENSABLE)
