Funciones:

  • Atención al Cliente: Brindar soporte y asistencia a los clientes a través de diversos canales (teléfono, correo electrónico, chat), resolviendo dudas y problemas de manera eficiente y cordial
  • Gestión de Incidencias: Registrar y gestionar las incidencias reportadas por los clientes, asegurando una resolución rápida y efectiva, y manteniendo una comunicación constante con los usuarios

Requisitos:

  • Bachillerato concluido o Licenciatura en curso o terminada en áreas relacionadas con Administración, Comunicación, o afines
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en atención al cliente, soporte técnico o roles similares

  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de clientes (CRM)

  • Inglés Avanzado (indispensable)

  • Radicar en Tijuana. Trabajo de manera presencial NO REMOTA

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, empatía, y trabajo en equipo
