Definición del Rol: Apoya los procesos de manufactura realizando diversas tareas técnicas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos y políticas vigentes de seguridad y calidad.
Lo que haras:
- Ejecutar tareas y procesos de manufactura según los SOP definidos y documentar con precisión los datos y registros de lote relacionados.
- Brindar soporte a los procesos de manufactura mediante actividades como validación de procesos y equipos, implementación de mejores prácticas de manufactura e informes.
- Capacitar a empleados nuevos y junior en SOPs, procedimientos de seguridad, políticas y estándares.
- Identificar problemas relacionados con los procesos de manufactura e implementar mejoras en los procesos.
Las Habilidades que tendrás:
Funciones Operativas: Conocimiento de los principales procesos funcionales y requisitos operativos asociados; capacidad para aplicar este conocimiento adecuadamente en diversas situaciones.
Nivel: Conocimiento Operativo
- Trabaja para resolver obstáculos relacionados con los objetivos de su propio departamento.
- Documenta requisitos regulatorios y de informes.
- Evalúa situaciones con base en el conocimiento de los objetivos y problemas operativos de su departamento.
Precisión y Atención al Detalle: Comprensión de la necesidad y el valor de la precisión; capacidad para completar tareas con altos niveles de exactitud.
Nivel: Experiencia Extensa
- Evalúa y contribuye a las mejores prácticas.
- Procesa grandes cantidades de información detallada con alta precisión.
- Equilibra productivamente velocidad y precisión.
Gestión de Múltiples Prioridades: Conocimiento de prácticas efectivas de autogestión; capacidad para manejar múltiples objetivos, proyectos, grupos o actividades concurrentes, tomando decisiones efectivas sobre prioridades y asignación de tiempo.
Nivel: Experiencia Extensa
- Aclara y gestiona múltiples actividades concurrentes y diversas.
- Cambia el enfoque entre varios esfuerzos según lo requieran las prioridades cambiantes.
- Aborda conflictos potenciales que afectan los compromisos actuales de entrega.
Estándares, Procedimientos y Políticas de Manufactura: Conocimiento de estándares, procedimientos y políticas organizacionales en actividades de manufactura; capacidad para planificar, guiar y monitorear procesos de manufactura para asegurar el cumplimiento.
Nivel: Conocimiento Operativo
- Contribuye al desarrollo e implementación de procedimientos específicos de manufactura.
Resolución de Problemas Técnicos: Conocimiento de enfoques, herramientas y técnicas de resolución de problemas; capacidad para anticipar, detectar y resolver problemas técnicos en un entorno de manufactura.
Nivel: Experiencia Extensa
- Evalúa el impacto comercial de fallas y la criticidad y el momento de la resolución necesaria.
- Resuelve problemas difíciles o de alto impacto en equipos y sistemas.
- Monitorea el rendimiento y el historial de las máquinas; aborda necesidades excesivas de mantenimiento o reparación.
RequisitosBasicos:
- Ingenieria Industrial/Mecatrónica/Logística o ingenierias relacionadas.
- Experiencia en Logistica Interna (almacén, área de kiteo, control de Piso, reporteo, conteos cíclicos, embarques, etc)
- Inglés Intermedio
- Disponibilidad para viajar
- Dispobilidad para rolar turnos
Los mejores candidatos también tendrán:
- 1 + año en áreas de Logística Interna (almacén, área de kiteo, control de Piso, reporteo, conteos cíclicos, embarques, etc)
- Idioma: Inglés Avanzado
