PROCESS ENGINEER (JR)

Responsibilities

  • Design, document, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet production and quality targets.
  • Analyze process performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Support new product introductions, tooling development, and process validation activities (PPAP, APQP).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and Production to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Monitor key process indicators and drive actions to achieve operational excellence.
  • Problem resolution using Quality tools (e.g. 5 Why´s, A3, etc) and close activities
  • Problem analysis through SPC on process
  • Responsible for industrial engineering activities: time and motion studies, capacity analysis, line balancing, documentation creation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor´s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Productive Process (Desirable)
  • English Advanced
