Director de Business Intelligence -

Descripción del trabajo: La posición será responsable de liderar el desarrollo e implementación de la estrategia de inteligencia empresarial y manejo y análisis de la información de nuestra compañía. Este individuo trabajará estrechamente con equipos interfuncionales, incluyendo TI, ventas, marketing y operaciones, para asegurarse de que la organización tenga los datos y las herramientas de análisis necesarias para tomar decisiones informadas. 

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar el desarrollo e implementación de una estrategia integral de inteligencia empresarial que apoye los objetivos y metas de la compañía.
  • Gestión de bases de datos.
  • Trabajar con equipos interfuncionales para identificar las necesidades de datos y análisis y asegurarse de que estén disponibles las herramientas y recursos adecuados para satisfacer esas necesidades.
  • Desarrollo de base de datos: data bake, data workhouse, data lake, (fuentes de datos controlarlas en un solo lugar y explotarlas en todas las áreas de la empresa)
  • Colaborar con TI para garantizar la implementación y uso efectivo de almacenamiento de datos, inteligencia empresarial y herramientas y tecnologías de análisis.
  • Gestionar la creación y distribución de informes, tableros de control y otros resultados impulsados por datos para apoyar la toma de decisiones informadas en todos los niveles de la organización.
  • Asegurar la calidad y precisión de los datos a través del desarrollo e implementación de procesos y políticas de gobernanza de datos.
  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre las tendencias de la industria y las tecnologías emergentes, y evaluar nuevas herramientas y técnicas para su posible implementación para mejorar las capacidades de inteligencia empresarial de la compañía.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en un campo relacionado
  • +5 de experiencia en empresas de tecnología, bancos, o empresas relacionadas.
  • Inglés avanzado
  • Experiencia en Tableau, brist, PBI,
