WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

A Security Manager is responsible for protecting an organization's assets, personnel, and infrastructure by developing and overseeing security policies, procedures, and teams.

  • Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures to safeguard physical and digital assets.
  • Manage budgets for security operations and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel, including guards and officers.
  • Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders during incidents or investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and industry-specific regulations regarding safety and security.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and access control to detect and prevent unauthorized activities.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years' working experience in security operations or law enforcement.
  • Full professional fluency in English is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of security technology, including CCTV, alarm systems, and cybersecurity basics.
  • Experience in developing and monitoring a Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
  • Experience in CTPAT protocols.
  • OEA - Experience in this certification with a focus on Safety: Implementation of robust security measures throughout the supply chain, from physical security to personnel and process control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills, especially under pressure.
