Resource Analyst

Mission of the Role: To manage resources and support test operations at the Querétaro Technical Center by aligning departmental expenses with test revenue and budget targets. The Resource Analyst ensures efficient procurement, inventory compliance, and optimal allocation of testing equipment and instrumentation to enable high-quality product validation and operational excellence.

Key Objectives of this Role:

  • Monitor and manage departmental expenses to ensure alignment with budget and test revenue
  • Request and process quotations for outsourced services and supplier-provided equipment or components.
  • Assist in inventory tracking and ensure compliance with internal standards and audit requirements.
  • Support the acquisition of equipment and components for TDE, HW Validation, and Laboratory needs

Key Year One Deliverables:

  • Implement tools and processes to track and report test operations expenses vs. revenue.
  • Create a standardized process for requesting, receiving, and managing quotations for outsourced services and equipment.
  • Ensure full compliance with inventory tracking and reporting standards.

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

Required skills.

  • High school technical degree or truncated engineering
  • MS Excel Advanced functions & MS Projects
  • Purchasing/quoting experience
  • Conversational English

Reporting Structure: The Resource Analyst I reports to Laboratory Manager.
