Bachelor of Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial.
General Objetive
Provide support to the MQE, AQE, PSE, departments for the development of new products and introduction of new components to the company, under the concept of risk analysis in the Quality stations, through the analysis of failure modes and statistical studies.
Knowledge, Experience And Abilities
- More than 3 years of experience in problem Solving, emphasizing design, manufacturing, quality, test or reliability activities.
- Technical conversational English level (bilingual desirable).
- Ability to travel 25% of time (including international).
- Expert of RCA methods as 8D, A3. Previous relevant experience with statistic data analysis and softwares (Minitab).
- Advanced knowledge and experience in core tools usage (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, AMEF, CP).
- Advanced knowledge in hydraulics systems, mechanical and electronics subjects.
- Ability for decision making based on data and proper risk assessment.
Main Activities
- Lead teams for RCA of issues happened during QB using advanced skills of problem-solving methods.
- Communicate and escalate in a proper way any risk associated with quality issues during any project stage.
- Participate in continuous improvement and QMS topics.
