Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, located in the center part of Mexico. The Advanced Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and specifing equipment to enhance production efficiency and product quality. Key tasks include leading process and equipment definition and construction follow up, evaluating

manufacturing operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. They will also manage projects, track performance metrics, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in line with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering and comprehensive knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and equipment.
  • Experience with Manufacturing Operations and equipment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and management of budgets and resources.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proficient in using relevant software tools and technologies for manufacturing and project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Experience in automotive manufacturing or related industries is an added advantage.
