Buscamos a alguien que disfrute construir sistemas de inteligencia comercial con IA que funcionen en escenarios reales. En vas a tomar propiedad de la capa de BI + datos + automatización, pero con un foco muy claro: convertir Inteligencia Artificial en decisiones y acciones medibles para ventas B2B.
Tu trabajo será conectar fuentes (CRM, marketing, producto, outreach), asegurar calidad y modelo de datos, y traducirlo en entregables que mueven el negocio: dashboards de KPIs, alertas inteligentes, segmentación avanzada y flujos automáticos. Además, vas a participar en la creación y mejora continua de piezas clave del ecosistema con IA: lead scoring, priorización de oportunidades, señales predictivas, enriquecimiento de datos y automatización del seguimiento para incrementar conversión y velocidad del pipeline.
La meta es simple (y retadora): que la IA no sea "un plugin", sino un motor operativo que haga a los equipos de ventas más precisos, más rápidos y más consistentes, con resultados visibles en KPIs.
Responsabilidades
Diseñar, construir y mantener dashboards de KPIs para ventas B2B (pipeline, conversión, win-rate, ciclo de venta, forecasting, actividad comercial, revenue, churn/retención si aplica).
Integrar datos desde múltiples fuentes (CRM, herramientas de email/outreach, marketing, soporte, billing, producto) y asegurar consistencia entre sistemas.
Modelar datos y construir procesos ETL/ELT con monitoreo, trazabilidad y reglas de calidad.
Implementar automatizaciones no-code/low-code (alertas, reportes, sincronizaciones, enrichment, handoffs comerciales) para reducir trabajo manual y aumentar velocidad.
Colaborar en features de IA aplicada a ventas: lead scoring, segmentación, priorización, detección de señales, métricas predictivas y evaluación de impacto.
Definir métricas con stakeholders (Ventas/RevOps/Dirección) evitando "vanity metrics" y alineando KPIs a objetivos reales.
Documentar definiciones de datos/KPIs y buenas prácticas para que todo sea replicable y escalable.
Requisitos (sí o sí)
Experiencia en Business Intelligence / Data Analytics / Data Engineering en escenarios reales.
Dominio alto de SQL (consultas complejas, optimización, modelado).
Experiencia construyendo dashboards con enfoque ejecutivo (claridad, contexto, accionabilidad).
Experiencia trabajando con datos a gran escala (volumen, performance, costos, calidad).
Experiencia en entornos B2B y entendimiento del ciclo de ventas (pipeline, etapas, conversión, forecast).
Mentalidad fuerte de resolución de problemas: autonomía, criterio, capacidad de estructurar lo ambiguo.
Herramientas y stack (referencias; no es "checklist")
BI: Looker / Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, Superset u otros.
Datos: BigQuery / Snowflake / Redshift / Postgres (o equivalentes).
Transformación/pipelines: dbt, Airflow (o alternativas).
Automatización: Make, Zapier, n8n, Retool, Airtable/Notion automations (o similares).
Integraciones/APIs: experiencia consumiendo APIs, webhooks y conectores.
Plus (nos encanta si lo tienes)
Python o JavaScript para automatizaciones, integraciones, scripts de data y pruebas de calidad.
Experiencia con CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive u otros) y herramientas de outreach.
Experiencia en RevOps/SalesOps o proyectos directamente ligados a performance comercial.
Familiaridad con experimentación/medición (A/B testing, cohortes, attribution).
Experiencia evaluando modelos o flujos de IA (métricas, drift, impacto en KPIs).
Habilidades (cómo trabajas)
Te mueves cómodo entre negocio y tecnología: haces preguntas correctas y aterrizas soluciones.
Priorizas impacto: entregas valor rápido sin romper calidad.
Documentas lo importante: definiciones de KPIs, fuentes, supuestos y cambios.
Te actualizas constantemente y separas señal de hype (la IA sirve cuando se mide).
