What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to the g6assigned customer base
  • Working with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements
  • Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing
  • Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status
  • Liaison between sales team- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion
  • On-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in Similar roles, providing support to Sales teams or in a Sales role.
  • Experience managing an ERP (Oracle Preferred).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, to analyze data, present reports.

  • Power BI experience, to consult or create reports.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate
$18, $22,250.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
