RESPONSIBILITIES Making phone calls to collect payments from ALLDATA customersPhone assistance to ALLDATA billing costumers.  Resolution to invoice and statements requests    REQUIREMENTS  Level of Formal Education:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study:No Special Requirement Years of Experience:One to two years. Type of Experience:Costumer service experience. Special Certifications or Technical Skills:Bilingual, highly costumer service oriented, excellent communications skills, Ability to work under pressure, team worker. Other/Preferred:Computer literate , Collections experience.
