Controller - Foránea

The Controller is responsible for overseeing the company's accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all financial reporting. This role manages the preparation of financial statements, maintains internal controls, and ensures compliance with applicable accounting principles and regulatory requirements. The Controller also supervises the accounting team, supports budgeting and forecasting processes, and provides financial analysis to assist leadership in strategic decision-making. Additionally, the Controller identifies opportunities to improve financial processes, optimize efficiency, and strengthen the organization's overall financial health.

Experiencia y requisitos

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant field of education with specialization in Controlling and Internal Audit
• Min. 10 years of relevant work experience
• MS Office skills
• SAP skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Available Visa laser
• Budget Management
• Availability to work in Calera, Zacatecas
• Experience in plant startups is a plus
