We are currently searching for a Digital CM Developer:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy production-ready conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents).
• Design and implement robust Power Platform solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Create and manage custom connectors to integrate Power Platform solutions with external systems.
• Implement integration pathways via REST APIs, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.
• Apply advanced AI concepts to solutions, including multi-agent workflows, reasoning and decision engines, and autonomous agent design.
• Utilize AI Builder and apply best practices in prompt engineering and agentic AI patterns.
• Ensure ALM/DevOps practices are followed for all Power Platform solutions.
• Work with MCP (Microsoft Copilot) servers and managing agents within that environment.
• Work directly with business users, translating complex requirements into technical specifications.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and creating production agents.
• Deep expertise in the Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Custom Connectors.
• Proven integration experience via REST APIs, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.
• Experience with AI Builder, LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and agentic AI patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services (Azure OpenAI / Azure AI) and cloud design patterns.
• Experience in the use of MCP servers with agents.
• ALM/DevOps experience specifically for Power Platform solutions.
• Strong understanding of advanced AI concepts (multi-agent workflows, reasoning/decision engines, autonomous agent design).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business users.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
