Role Description
This is a contract position for a Construction Project Manager based in Mexico City, Mexico, The Construction Project Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing construction teams, overseeing project timelines, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Construction Project Management, including planning and execution of construction projects
- Strong skills in Project Coordination and Team Management
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial oversight for projects
- Hands-on experience in Construction Management
- Comprehensive understanding and application of general Project Management principles
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with relevant software for project and construction management
- Experience working within the local regulations and safety standards in Mexico
- Communication level of English
- Salary range 30,000 -38,000 MXN per month
