Purpose:
The Senior Mid-market Account Executive is an experienced sales professional responsible for driving business growth within Infobip's mid-market segment. Reporting to the Chapter Lead, this role focuses on developing and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that address the specific needs of mid-market customers.
As a trusted partner, the Senior Mid-market Account Executive works closely with internal stakeholders and specialists to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies. The role also includes mentoring junior team members, leveraging data-driven insights, and ensuring the CRM system reflects up-to-date progress on all mid-market opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
•Leads sales cycles from lead qualification to closure, focusing on mid-market accounts.
•Sells an expanded range of Infobip's products and services directly or via partners, addressing the specific needs of mid-market clients within the designated team/squad.
•Collaborates with cross-functional teams and specialists to ensure tailored solutions for mid-market customers.
•Develops comprehensive solution proposals that encompass all relevant aspects of mid-market client needs.
•Manages sales processes through detailed forecasting, account strategy, and resource allocation, with a focus on long-term relationships and account expansion.
•Leads the development and presentation of value propositions, ensuring alignment with the unique challenges and objectives of mid-market customers.
•Negotiates pricing and contract terms, ensuring successful closure while meeting both customer and company objectives.
•Maintains strong relationships with mid-market clients, focusing on continuous engagement and account health.
•Cross-sells and upsells within existing mid-market accounts, addressing evolving customer needs.
•Acts as a mentor to junior Mid-market Account Executives, sharing insights and strategies for success in this segment.
Success Metrics:
·Achievement of numeric sales quotas (% of accomplishment in the set quarterly/annual numeric KPIs; CRM data) ·Approaching customers (# of related products promoted to customer; # of converted leads into opportunities in a quarter; identified # of target customers in the target list) ·Generating of new opportunities ·Reporting efficiency through timely and accurate update (clean CRM data)Building relationships and networks
