Manual Test Lead (Remote – Mexico | $57,500 MXN Gross | 6+ Years Experience)
We are seeking a skilled Manual Test Lead with strong experience in functional testing, API validation, and Agile processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to ensure software quality through hands-on testing and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Experience with automation tools such as RSAT or EasyRepro is a plus, as well as solid understanding of SQL for data validation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman.
- Validate backend data using SQL queries.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams in Agile environments.
- Contribute to test documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Support automation testing initiatives with RSAT or EasyRepro (preferred).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Manual Testing / QA roles.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and Agile frameworks.
- Proficiency in API testing (Postman) and SQL.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary: $57,500 MXN Gross Monthly
