Treasury LATAM
es clave para garantizar la salud financiera, liquidez y control de flujos de efectivo de la compañía a nivel regional. Esta posición será responsable de la gestión estratégica de tesorería en múltiples países, asegurando eficiencia operativa, control de riesgos y soporte directo al crecimiento acelerado del negocio.

Buscamos un perfil analítico, estructurado y con visión regional, capaz de operar en entornos dinámicos y de alto volumen transaccional.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Gestionar y controlar la tesorería regional (LATAM), asegurando liquidez suficiente para la operación diaria.
  • Administrar flujos de efectivo, proyecciones de cash flow y conciliaciones bancarias multi-país.
  • Supervisar cuentas bancarias, movimientos, pagos y cobros en diferentes monedas.
  • Optimizar la estructura de cash management, pagos y cobranza a nivel regional.
  • Coordinar transferencias internacionales, fondeos y relación con instituciones financieras.
  • Identificar y mitigar riesgos financieros (tipo de cambio, liquidez, contraparte).
  • Apoyar en procesos de planeación financiera, presupuestos y control de gastos.
  • Asegurar cumplimiento de políticas internas, controles y lineamientos financieros.
  • Colaborar con Contabilidad, Finanzas, Legal y equipos locales en cada país.
  • Generar reportes ejecutivos de tesorería para liderazgo.

Conocimientos y experiencia

  • Experiencia en Tesorería regional o multi-país, idealmente en LATAM.

  • Sólidos conocimientos en:

  • Gestión de cash flow

  • Conciliaciones bancarias
  • Pagos, cobranza y transferencias internacionales

  • Manejo de múltiples monedas

  • Experiencia trabajando con bancos y plataformas financieras.

  • Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y orientación a control.
  • Habilidad para operar en entornos de crecimiento acelerado.
  • Deseable experiencia en empresas de logística, tecnología, e-commerce o fintech.

Herramientas deseables

  • ERP financieros (NetSuite, SAP, Odoo o similares)
  • Excel / Google Sheets nivel avanzado
  • Plataformas bancarias y de pagos
  • Herramientas de reporting financiero

Formación académica

  • Licenciatura en:

  • Finanzas

  • Contaduría
  • Administración
  • Economía o carreras afines
