Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated colleague to join our team as
Merchandiser Trainee (Bilingual)

Essencial Job Requirements

• Valid VISA (B1/B2)
• 4 year bachelor's degree
• Excel level advanced
• English advanced (listening, writing and speaking)
• Proven and demonstrable experience in commercial operations, including product trading, strategic decision-making, and basi financial analysis
• Experience in commodities is a plus

Job Purpose

Execute marketing and origination strategies while developing risk-management capabilities to achieve profitability goals. Drive business growth by optimizing market share, expanding the client base, and maximizing margins, ensuring full compliance with legal and quality standards. Collaborate closely with logistics and back-office teams to secure timely deliveries and maintain proactive, solution-oriented customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing, origination, and arbitrage strategies within the company's regulatory framework.
• Support risk management through continuous learning in FX hedging, futures account management, and specialized tools.
• Drive business growth by managing key accounts and prospecting new strategic clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with key accounts, providing technical insights for timely decision-making.
• Generate and analyze reliable market information through technical and fundamental assessments.
• Support supply chain planning through S&D (supply and demand) analysis.
• Build market expertise and strengthen professional relationships by attending industry events and stakeholder meetings.
• Stay up to date on all legal, compliance, and product quality requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate execution of administrative processes.
• Perform additional tasks related to the department as needed.
