Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: TECNOPARQUE AZCAPOTZALCO- Mexico City

Type: Full-time (On-site)

Language : Spanish & English

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma (completed).
  • Advanced English level (B2+ and above).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and tools (preferred).
  • Schedule flexibility.

Schedule :

2 days OFF during the week and only 40 hours/week

Pay: $14, $18,000.00 per month

  • Azcapotzalco, CDMX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
