The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, extensive field experience with construction companies, and a proven ability to develop, analyze, and maintain complex project schedules. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Prepare regular progress reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management.
  • Work closely with the claims and contracts team to support the preparation and defense of:
  • Time-related claims, change orders, and variations
  • Delay and time-impact analyses

  • Contribute to claims documentation and provide expert schedule input for dispute resolution and arbitration processes, as required.
  • Collaborate with project controls, engineering, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure schedule integrity and coordination across all disciplines.
  • Support the alignment of cost and schedule data for earned value analysis and project performance tracking.

Essential Traits:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale infrastructure construction projects (roads, energy, or industrial).
  • Solid experience working with construction contractors, with strong exposure to field operations and execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Demonstrated experience in:
  • Change orders, variations, and claims preparation
  • Delay analysis and time-impact assessments
  • Supporting arbitration or dispute resolution (preferred)
