Job Description SummaryJob Description What You'll Do
  • Support the operations team to execute according the shop needs.
  • Actively participate on developing new plans for upcoming of possible scenarios, mitigate risks and increase productivity.
  • Provide consistent and timely reporting on shop key metrics.
  • Participate on EHS and Quality (concern reporting, investigation, and resolutions, etc.)
  • Oversee the logging/vouchering of production hours through vouchering system.
  • Complete/produce shipping documentation.

Who We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical or similar).

  • Good command of MS Office Skills, specifically Excel

  • Intermediate - Advanced English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate clearly (written and verbal).

  • Demonstrated interest in applying engineering concepts to real-world problems.

  • Good interpersonal & communication skills

  • Willing to accept challenging assignments, passion to drive change

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
