This position is not a simple cold-calling role — it requires patience, structured thinking, and the ability to navigate complex situations involving heirs, probate issues, documentation, and ownership verification.
Our company specializes in probate real estate cases, where the property owner is deceased and transactions often involve multiple heirs, title issues, liens, and judgments.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to build long-term skills in U.S. real estate, probate processes, genealogy research, and title analysis.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound calls to heirs, property owners, and related contacts.
- Review public records, property documents, and legal paperwork.
- Research genealogy relationships to locate verified heirs.
- Analyze liens, judgments, and title-related documentation.
- Collect, confirm, and organize information to determine seller eligibility.
- Work with our team using weekly coaching sessions, WhatsApp, and continued training.
Training Provided
- Probate & Real Estate Title Processes
- Genealogy and Family Tree Research
- Skip tracing & background verification
- Workflow and documentation management
Compensation
- $400 weekly base pay (paid every Friday)
- $250 per executed contract
- Average weekly earnings for strong performers: $800–$1,100
Requirements
- Fluent English C1-C2 (Accent neutral/professional required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in real estate, title work, probate, paralegal work, insurance, Sales or legal Assistance is a plus..
- Must be reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented.
- Computer, noise-canceling headset, stable internet connection, and backup power (recommended).
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM CST
- Mandatory team calls on Mondays & Thursdays at 9 AM
