TL;DR: We're looking for a creative and fast Junior Video Editor (contractor) who's passionate about storytelling and crafting engaging video content. You'll turn scripts and raw footage into compelling videos for ads and social media that inspire and connect with people around the world.
What You'll Do
Edit and deliver at least six high-quality videos per week for ads and social media.Follow pre-written scripts to ensure consistent storytelling and messaging.Work with a mix of raw creator footage and stock clips to produce visually engaging videos.Collaborate closely with the International Marketing team to align on creative direction, tone, and priorities.Manage feedback efficiently and deliver revisions quickly when needed.Stay up to date with video, editing, and social media trends to keep our content fresh and impactful.

What We're Looking For
Passion: First and foremost, we're looking for someone excited and passionate about our mission. It's a lot more fun to care deeply about what you're creatingPortfolio: A strong portfolio that shows your ability to tell stories through short-form video.Skills: Demonstrated creativity, pacing, and attention to detail. Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent editing software.Adaptability: Ability to work fast, take feedback, and adapt quickly to different creative directions.Experience: Familiarity with trends in social media and performance ads is a big plus.
