Job Description

The Material Costbook Coordinator will be working on parts of different projects simultaneously.

They will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that the project Costbook reflects the

Bill of Materials accurately. Additionally, they will collaborate with the Cost Engineering,

Manufacturing, or Purchasing team to ensure that the project Costbook reflects the most up-todate

prices for the parts.

They will be responsible for presenting the Project TPC situation and its evolution from the

previous month on a monthly basis.

As part of their responsibilities in establishing a comprehensive picture of the project TPC, the

Material Costbook Coordinator will also support the project in achieving the TPC target through

the following tasks:

- Highlighting the reliability of the TPC forecast

- Managing provision consumption with the project team

- Comparing with other projects to identify price discrepancies.

 

Qualifications

Skills required:

- Excellent communication skills

- Analytical and synthesis mindset

- Proficiency in Excel and IT tools

- Working proficiency in English

- Prior experience or knowledge in the automotive industry would be a plus.
