Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Mexico City / Guadalajara / Querétaro / Monterrey

Work Mode: Hybrid

Job Description

We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, operate, and support cloud infrastructure environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and support cloud infrastructure platforms.
  • Manage production and non-production environments.
  • Implement infrastructure improvements and optimizations.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot incidents.
  • Work closely with global technical teams.
  • Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in cloud infrastructure operations.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and hybrid environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
  • Experience in consulting or IT services companies is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50, $100,000.00 per month
