Professional with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, with experience in designing mechanical or metal products. Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese to effectively interact with sister plants, or technical teams in Asia. Capable of interpreting drawings, developing 3D models, managing product-related projects, and coordinating technical specifications among multicultural teams.

Experiencia y requisitos

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering with a mechanical focus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Intermediate to advanced English level.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in mechanical product design, using 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, or similar).
  • Knowledge of metal manufacturing, assembly processes, or development of mechanical components.
  • Ability to review drawings, geometric tolerances, and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, modify, and document mechanical products and components.
  • Serve as a technical liaison with teams in China (technical translation, interpretation of requirements).
  • Review drawings, validate specifications, and coordinate engineering change orders.
  • Provide support in manufacturing and quality processes related to the product.
  • Collaborate on new product introduction (NPI) projects.
