Responsabilidades

  • Asegurar que los productos enviados al cliente cumplan con todas las especificaciones y requisitos establecidos.
  • Diseñar, definir y mejorar los mecanismos de inspección, pruebas y criterios de aceptación/rechazo.
  • Elaborar y revisar planes de aseguramiento de calidad, muestreo y control de procesos.
  • Generar y gestionar documentación AQP/PPAP para la aprobación de nuevos productos o cambios.
  • Coordinar y dar respuesta a quejas de cliente mediante metodologías como 8D.
  • Realizar auditorías internas, de proceso y a proveedores, definiendo e implementando acciones correctivas.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de calibraciones internas y externas de los equipos de medición.
  • Actuar como enlace entre departamentos para garantizar la calidad del producto en toda la cadena de producción.
  • Analizar rechazos, no conformidades y etiquetas rojas, generando planes de mejora.
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y análisis de riesgos para prevenir fallas y optimizar procesos.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniería mecánica, mecatrónica o robótica, industrial.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años de experiencia en industria manufacturera
  • Ingles 80%
  • Manejo de paquetería Office
  • Resolución de problemas

Horario: Lunes a viernes de 7:00 am a 5:00 pm
