  What You'll Do?

As an Analyst on the Marketplace Operations team, you will use data to improve provider performance and strengthen overall client health. You'll work with large data sets, uncover trends, and deliver analytical insights that drive decisions across the business.

In this role, you will:
  • Build and maintain custom reports that track client and provider performance
  • Analyze data to identify root causes of operational challenges and partner with account leaders to develop data‑driven solutions
  • Enhance internal and external data visualizations, including building new dashboards in Looker
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Use KPI frameworks to help design and optimize high‑performing provider networks
  • Drive knowledge‑building initiatives (e.g., optimizing NTE thresholds, improving preventative maintenance strategies)
  • Support the rollout of cross‑functional improvement initiatives with analytics and reporting
  • Produce timely ad hoc analysis and client‑facing reports
What You Bring? Must‑Have Skills & Experience:
  • +3 years of experience in an analytics‑focused role (e.g., operations, consulting, finance, business analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to translate data into clear narratives that explain not just what is happening, but why
  • Comfort working independently and taking ownership of your work
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
  • Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for digging into complex data sets
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Experience writing SQL queries
  • Familiarity with Looker or other business intelligence tools
