Job Summary:

• Responsible for customer service.
• Provide high-quality service, adhering to company standards.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and be able to provide information about the company.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and use the computer.
• Receive, receive, and ship packages; prepare shipping labels, etc.
• Manage visitor access, providing assistance and guidance.
• Attend management and executive meetings and organize coffee breaks.
• Manage coffee break inventory.
• Compile the monthly stationery needs of each department and request purchases from the appropriate department.
• Assist in creating and distributing internal communications to staff.
• Prepare purchase orders for the Operations department.
• Manage the activities of the courier driver.

Skills, Experience, and Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (degree and professional license required)
• Experience in a similar role
• Advanced English (B2 or C1 level) - a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and switchboard operation
