At VTwo we partner with clients across multiple industries to design high-impact digital products—web platforms, mobile apps, internal tools, and end-to-end experiences. We're a multidisciplinary team that values autonomy, strategic thinking, high-quality design, and close collaboration with engineering and stakeholders.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer who can take full ownership of product initiatives from concept to delivery, user-centered digital products.

What you'll do

  • Lead end-to-end product design
    : discovery, conceptualization, UX flows, wireframes, visual design, prototyping, and handoff.
  • Conduct research across comparable products and user groups to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and inform design decisions
  • Work directly with stakeholders
    , gathering requirements and supporting product decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering
    throughout implementation to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Work closely with other designers on the team to define solutions, deliver high-quality design outputs, and gather feedback throughout the process
  • Plan and conduct user testing
    , transforming insights into actionable improvements.
  • Build and maintain design systems
    , scalable components, and interaction patterns.
  • Design complex digital experiences
    for both
    web
    and
    mobile
    (iOS/Android).
  • Manage multiple projects
    simultaneously with autonomy and organization.
  • Present your work clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and clients.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience
    as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
  • Proven experience designing
    complex digital products
    .
  • Strong command of
    Figma
    : Figma make, prototyping, auto-layout, components, and libraries.
  • Expertise in
    user flows
    ,
    wireframes
    ,
    interactive prototypes
    , and
    high-fidelity UI
    .
  • Ability to work
    independently
    , manage priorities, and communicate clearly.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate design activities, research, documentation, and visual exploration.
  • Professional English
    (most client meetings may be conducted in English).
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to balance UX, visual design, and business needs.
  • Experience collaborating with
    engineering teams
    and understanding technical constraints.
  • Comfortable working with
    multiple clients and product contexts
    .

Nice to have

  • Experience facilitating
    workshops
    , design critiques, or ideation sessions.
  • Familiarity with analytics, metrics, and experimentation (A/B testing).
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining
    design systems
    in multi-product environments.
